Post Tales is a monthly subscription that sends kids a real letter in the mail, straight from a fictional character with a story to tell.
It’s reading, reimagined. Fun, screen-free, and something kids will actually look forward to.
How It Works
For just $8 per month, your young reader will receive an illustrated story letter delivered right to their mailbox. Real mail, addressed just to them!
Each month, they’ll be thrilled to open a new adventure, complete with 2–3 fun extras like stickers, bookmarks, mazes, maps, postcards, and more—perfect for sparking their imagination and love for reading!

We Mail Your First Letter
Your first letter will be mailed within 1–2 business days. After that, new letters are sent out on the second Monday of each month.

The Adventure Begins
The letter invites them into the story. They'll read about wild adventures, solve puzzles, uncover secrets, and enjoy the extras inside. Then they’ll start asking when the next one is coming.
What ages are the letters for?
Post Tales is designed for kids of all ages to enjoy! Our story letters are perfect for readers ages 6 - 12, offering engaging adventures that spark curiosity and imagination. Younger children can also join in the fun with the help of grownup or sibling reading the letters aloud, making it a wonderful shared experience. Whether they’re just starting their reading journey or already devouring books on their own, each monthly letter brings a touch of magic straight to their mailbox.
What's included in a letter?
Each monthly story letter is fully illustrated, front and back. Included with each letter is 2-3 "extras" that vary each month. Examples of extras include, but are not limited to:
- Themed Recipes inspired by the story
- Illustrated Postcards to collect or send
- Stickers featuring characters or elements from the tale
- Puzzles & Games like riddles, mazes, and word searches
- Craft Instructions for hands-on fun
- Maps & Field Guides to bring the adventure to life
